The First Group has been active in Dubai’s tourism real-estate since 2005, rising to become a dominant company in the field. In the legendary Dubai Marina, TFG is building what will be the world’s tallest hotel: Ciel Tower. Named after the French for “sky” and certain to be an instant architectural icon with more than 1,000 investment units, Ciel is due to open in late 2023 and is already garnering international publicity.
